Senior men’s and women’s player registration

    • All players must be registered either to play or train

    • Training fees will be deducted from your final payment to play

    • This is an ARU requirement to cover insurance costs if injured while training

    • Coaches/Managers/Volunteers have no charge but must be registered

    • Sponsored players pay their fees and are then reimbursed by Pirates for their fees

Junior player registration

    • Great support from a well established and successful club within the region.

    • Quality and experienced coaches for all teams

    • All abilities and skill levels

    • Bus travel to away games included in rego. (when available)

    • Players receive playing shorts, socks, pirates polo shirt and pirates training shirt (subject to stock)

    1. Download the rugby explorer app or register via computer at https://myaccount.rugbyexplorer.com.au/dashboard

    2. Click ‘more’ and then click ‘register’

    3. Click find a club

    4. Select the person you would like to register and click ‘continue

    5. Enter the club name - NB: Whilst Pirates are one club, we have two registration options for Juniors and Seniors “Pirates JRUFC” for U14s, U16s & U18s boys and girls.

    6. Role - Choose player

    7. Registration type - Juniors (U14s, U16s & U18s boys and girls)
      - Boys select “Juniors XV’s Juniors NSWNW Regional”
      - Girls select “10’s junior girls NSWNW Regional FOR THE GIRLS”

    8. Duration - season

    9. Enter and update personal details and emergency contacts

    10. Enter school, height and weight details

    11. Register summary will appear

    12. Enter the NSW Active Kids Voucher

    13. Agree to RUGBY AU T&C’s

    14. Click “Pay” and “Make Payment”

    15. Confirmation screen will appear, and confirmation email sent to the participant.
